RECYCLED BAG CLASS ON THURSDAY!


Do you have a teeshirt you've loved for years, and can't bear to give it up? Candice of Ethel Jayne Originals is ready to show you how to recycle it into a tote or bag-- and you can continue to love it!


The class will be held Thursday, 9/24/09, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. here at the Market at Serendip. Instruction fee is $35; bring a favorite old teeshirt or piece of clothing to upcycle, along with your sewing machine. Don't have a sewing machine? Let us know-- we'll try to arrange an extra one for you use.

GRAND OPENING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!!!

Get ready to join the party! The Market at Serendip is hosting a Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, 9/19, and Sunday, 9/20, to celebrate our fabulous new location at 36 N. Liberty St. in Powell!
We'll be serving up delicious refreshments, and doing prize drawings every 2 hours! There'll be lots of free goodies, and special 2-day sales on many items.

On Saturday, Amy Gaspard will demonstrate her sparkling beaded bonsai trees on the front porch from 10-12.

Sunday will find Mary Kruse carving her artful gourds from noon till 2:00;
Jen Float will demonstrate her vibrant painting style on the front porch from noon to 2:00.
Laura Neal will offer a "make it and take it" beaded jewelry session at noon Sunday-- walk away with a bauble you make yourself!

Come celebrate with us-- when you see what's in store at the Market at Serendip, you'll see what we're all so excited about!
